Update: Unfortunately, it will be a bit longer before you can really date everything. Date Everything’s release window has been pushed back to June, 2025!

Find your soulmate without ever leaving the house in Date Everything!

The highly-anticipated Date Everything has been delayed from October 2024 to February 15th, 2025. The team needs some more time to cook – and thanks to all of the wishlists and support from publisher Team 17 – they’re going to get it. But we’re not even mad about it because that’s a very cute release date. Here’s what we know so far about it.

What Is Date Anything About?

Date Everything allows you to date . . . everything. Did you know that there are 100 inanimate objects in your home just begging for romantic attention? After losing your job to AI (relatable), a mysterious stranger sends you a magical pair of glasses called ‘dateviators’ which makes the objects in your house alive. And more importantly, dateable.

Watch as your everyday items – such as the vacuum cleaner or your trusted rubber ducky – turn into hot and eager singles. Each character is beautifully voice-acted and features a unique storyline. Decide if you want to date, hate, or forge a friendship with them all.

What Is Still in The Works?

Ray Chase, Lead Designer of Date Everything, shared: “We are content complete, but there is still a bit more left on the table (yes you can date the table). We are still working to polish and perfect the house’s 3D space . . . Our heroic QA team is hard at work testing 1000s of variations and squashing bugs.” So sounds like any work moving forward will make the overall game experience even better.

Where Can I Play Date Anything?

Date Anything will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox X|S on February 14th, 2025. To get hyped and primed to date, here’s the announcement trailer:
